Li, Bo and Saad, David (2020). Examining Two-stage Group Testing. Technical Report. UNSPECIFIED. (Unpublished)
Abstract
The two-stage group testing method is examined and its application in COVID-19 is discussed. The expected false positive rate and false negative rate are calculated for given values of sensitivity, specicity, prevalence and group-testing parameters. To reduced false negative rate, we suggest to test the pooled sample multiple times at the rst stage.
